If you are a magician and would like to obtain performance rights along with the details of the secret preparation and method of any of the effects I've listed in the public magic site  (theamusing.com), or the secret magicians site I may grant you these privileges provided you agree to each of the following conditions:

1. The effects described on both the public site, and the secret magicians site are copyrighted materials belonging to Steven Christenson.
2. You will not distribute any information about the secret preparation or working of any  effect on this site to others EXCEPT through performance of the effect(s). [If asked  please simply refer them to me. You are always free to provide the address to the non-secret website http://theamusing.com]
3. In any description you make of my effects you will include attribution to me - Steven Christenson - and a reference to the non-secret web site.
4. You will provide me with your name, postal address, e-mail address, and magical affiliation and an a statement of acceptance* of these terms. You must make this notification prior to any first performance of any effect listed on this site. You may notify me either by postal or electronic mail. Only one notification is required. 
   
   The following are some examples of magical organizations:
        Fellowship of Christian Magicians
        International Brotherhood of Magicians
        Society of American Magicians
        Pacific Coast Association of Magicians
   
5. Optional: Tell me how you learned of my site (friend, M&I, Gospel Magicians, Magic Cafe, etc.)

If you are not currently a member of a magical organization, please give me a brief summary of your history and interest in magic. Include the title and author of two books on magic that you have read which were the most help to you.

The above conditions are consistent with the code of conduct expected of all magicians. If you find these conditions unacceptable you are rejecting the conditions on which performance rights are extended and therefore are bound to NOT divulge or perform any part of this body of work. 

If I find your notification acceptable, I will respond via E-mail with the URL of the secret magicians site and a statement giving you performance rights. Thanks for your interest in the magical arts.

Privacy Policy: I will NOT disseminate your e-mail or mailing address to anyone for any reason except and only if required by law [not likely!]. I *may* use your E-mail address to contact you but this also will occur VERY infrequently - at most two to three times a YEAR.
